ShowingNow LLC is a Florida limited liability company that operates an on-demand showing agent marketplace. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about users of the ShowingNow mobile application, website (showingnow.com), web portal, and any related services. By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal information you provide: name and contact information (email, phone, mailing address), account credentials, professional information (real estate license number, brokerage name and location), payment information (processed by Stripe - we do not store full card numbers), property and showing details (address, listing details, scheduling preferences, instructions, photos, notes), and identity verification documents if required. Usage data automatically collected: IP address and approximate geographic location, device type, operating system, and browser type, pages viewed and actions taken, date/time stamps and session duration, app logs and diagnostic data, mobile device identifiers, and location data only if you grant permission. We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Third-party tracking: Google Analytics (Google LLC) collects usage and behavioral data - see policies.google.com/privacy. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Inc.) is used to measure ad campaign effectiveness and build retargeting audiences on Facebook and Instagram - see facebook.com/privacy/policy. You may opt out of Meta advertising through Facebook Ad Preferences and Google advertising through Google Ad Settings.

To operate, maintain, and improve the Services; to match Initiating Agents with available Showing Agents based on location and availability; to process payments and showing-related transactions; to send transactional notifications via SMS, push notification, and email; to send marketing communications with your consent; to verify user identity and real estate licensure; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; to comply with legal obligations; and to personalize your experience.

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your gig activity including booking confirmations, agent match alerts, and status updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing SMS at any time. Opting out of marketing texts will not affect transactional gig notifications. SMS messages are sent via ShowingNow registered 10DLC number. Message frequency varies based on your activity.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. Service providers we share data with include: Stripe (payment processing), Google (analytics, maps), Meta/Facebook (advertising and retargeting), ClickSend (SMS delivery), and Vercel and cloud hosting providers. These providers are contractually required to maintain confidentiality. To facilitate a showing, limited contact and professional information is shared between the relevant Initiating Agent, Showing Agent, and their respective Brokers. We may disclose your information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ShowingNow, its users, or others. If ShowingNow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe which maintains PCI-DSS compliance. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or data practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes we will post the revised version and update the Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
